Client Problem
DA Information Services had been promoting new titles to their customers every month through a leaflet printing process. With over 1.3 million leaflets per month the process was both labour and time intensive.
RA Solution
RA worked with DA Information Services to develop RA Focus – a new targeted promotions system that automated much of the process. The system essentially matches customers preferences with the latest titles to produce a set of promotion leaflets tailored to the customer. The leaflets are then printed and sent out via a complex sorting process or via email.
Since the system was first developed RA have worked with DA Information Services to develop a complex e-Commerce system and integrate it with RA Focus to allow online ordering and title recommendations. You can view their website at http://www.dadirect.com.
