Back in the 1980’s Minotaur Entertainment was looking for a solution to manage their popular culture book and merchandise store. In particular they needed a solution to control their inventory, point of sale and distribution.
Initially planning to go with a packaged solution Minotaur approached RA for advice.
RA Solution
RA developed and implemented a custom software solution that fit Minotaur’s requirements and integrated various modules to a single database. This included POS, Inventory Control, Distribution and Reporting.
Outcome
Developed over 20 years ago, the system has evolved over time while still retaining some of it’s original components. Over this time RA has partnered with Minotaur to enhance and ensure that the system continues to fit their business needs.
In addition 5 years ago RA worked with Minotaur to develop a website that offered online ordering and integrated with their in-store system.
